Our story started six and a half years ago when a mutual friend introduced us at a Jacksonville Jaguars tailgate. And if you know us, you know just how fitting that is! What was supposed to be another fun game day turned into something neither of us saw coming. Safe to say, meeting each other was the biggest win of the day (and depending on how the Jags played, maybe the only one ??).

Fast forward six and a half years, and we’ve built a life together that we wouldn’t trade for anything. A lot has changed since that first day, but one thing that hasn’t is how much fun we have together. Whether we’re out making memories or doing absolutely nothing at home, we always seem to find a reason to laugh. We’ve grown together, supported each other through all of life’s ups and downs, and learned that having your best friend by your side makes even the ordinary days pretty special.

Then came the night Josh decided to make things official!

I thought I was getting dressed up for a girls’ night at The Dune House in Jax Beach, but little did I know, Josh had something much better planned. What I expected to be a night out with the girls turned into the easiest “yes” and one of the happiest nights of our lives. It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and a moment we’ll never forget.

Looking back, it’s pretty crazy to think that one introduction at a tailgate led us to where we are today. Six and a half years of memories, endless laughs, a whole lot of love, and now a wedding to plan! We feel so lucky to have found not only love in each other, but a best friend to share all of life’s little and big moments with.

Now, we’re counting down the days until we get to say “I do” and start this next chapter together. We can’t wait to celebrate with the people who mean the most to us, and we’re so grateful to have you be part of our story.
